Sandison's story began in 1997, and the company officially opened in 2006. The company expanded its capabilities to include air conditioning, electrical, radon mitigation, and specialty diagnostic services — reflecting both the evolving needs of customers and the growing technical complexity of residential and commercial mechanical systems.
