Tell us what is happening at the property. Your request goes directly into our Housecall Pro system, and our office will contact you to confirm the appointment.
No online payment is required. This is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The office will contact you to finalize scheduling.
A stronger service request
Give the office enough context to assign the right path.
Describe what changed.
Explain the symptom, when it began, which rooms, fixtures, circuits, or equipment are affected, and whether the condition is constant or intermittent. Include a model number, error code, recent repair, unusual sound, odor, visible water, breaker behavior, or weather connection only when that information can be gathered safely. Photographs can help, but do not open energized, combustion, sealed, or hazardous equipment to obtain them.
Identify access and operating limits.
Tell Sandison whether the property is a home, rental, multi-unit building, commercial space, or facility; who can authorize work; where the equipment or cleanout is located; and whether roof, tenant, pet, parking, security, shutdown, or business-hour coordination is required. The office also needs the exact address to confirm Oakland or Macomb County service fit and the local technician route.
Keep urgent safety events on the phone.
For an active urgent plumbing, heating, cooling, or electrical failure, call the emergency line instead of relying on the online queue. Emergency calls are accepted 24/7 subject to technician location, safe access, equipment, weather, and parts availability. For fire, smoke, a carbon-monoxide alarm, electrical arcing, or a strong gas odor, leave the affected area and contact 911 or the responsible utility before waiting for a contractor.
Submission is not appointment confirmation. A Sandison team member reviews the request, property, service fit, urgency, access, schedule, and available resources before confirming the next step. No online payment is required to send the request.
